How CarPal works
Practical guidance for renters and hosts using the verified car-rental marketplace.
Book and contact
An eligible booking is confirmed immediately and its dates are blocked. The verified counterparty's phone and WhatsApp become available in the booking.
Pay in person
Do not send an advance payment. CarPal does not accept or hold rent or deposits; pay the host in person after inspection and signing the rental agreement.
Handover and return
Actions open at the scheduled time. Condition photos, mileage and fuel are recommended for both parties, but missing photos do not block completion.
What CarPal does and does not guarantee
CarPal verifies hosts, their right to rent the car, vehicle documents and photos, and driver eligibility. CarPal is not a party to the rental agreement or a payment provider and cannot guarantee a dispute-free transaction.

Include your account phone, booking number, date and a short description. If anyone is in danger, call 112, 102 or 103 first.
