1. Deposit terms
The amount, currency, transfer method, and return conditions must be shown before booking and recorded in the rental agreement. Unless Carpal is expressly named as recipient, the host receives and controls the deposit.
2. Handover record
Before the trip, record the body, interior, glass, wheels, fuel, mileage, equipment, documents, and existing defects with dated material linked to the booking.
3. Use and normal wear
The renter follows the agreement, law, and operating instructions. Normal wear is not damage; mileage, rental length, initial condition, and evidence must be considered.
4. Incident
Secure people first, contact the competent services, comply with the law, photograph the scene, and promptly inform the host and Carpal.
5. Deposit deduction
A deduction must be supported by handover records, photos, a repair estimate, fine, or another reliable document. Existing defects, normal wear, and unsupported costs cannot be charged.
6. Disputes
The parties exchange evidence first. Carpal may preserve materials and assist communication but does not replace a court, insurer, or independent expert in deciding fault or loss.
