1. Respect and non-discrimination
Threats, harassment, stalking, hate speech, sexual harassment, and unlawful discrimination are prohibited. Age, experience, and licence criteria must be objective and related to rental safety.
2. Honesty
Do not impersonate others, forge documents, hide material defects, manipulate reviews, or create sham bookings.
3. Safety
Do not encourage dangerous driving, illegal vehicle use, unauthorized drivers, or moving off-platform to bypass safeguards.
4. Content and privacy
Post only lawful, relevant content. Do not expose another person's documents, contact data, or precise location without a valid need or permission.
5. Reports and blocking
Report a violation through support or support@carpal.kg with the booking, user, and evidence. Contact emergency services for immediate danger. Carpal may restrict contact and access during review.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity, repetition, and risk, Carpal may warn, remove content, restrict features, cancel an unconfirmed operation, or suspend an account. Measures may be appealed through support.
